Is Chaturbate better than Cam4 now?

Posts: 1 Join Date: Nov 2014	Hi everyone, I would like some advice as a performer. I have been using Cam4 for two years now but recently my shows have been more quiet and less tips. I have tried to change things up and draw more people in but nothing has worked. For the past few days I have been checking out Chaturbate. While I haven't set up an account on there yet I can't help but notice that their cams, at least in the male section, have ALOT more viewers than Cam4 does right at this moment which surprised me. Is the token value on Chaturbate the same as Cam4? I noticed performers seem to earn more tokens on there. Thanks for any help.

Posts: 16 Join Date: May 2013	Chaturbate does seem to be more active than Cam4 now. Not sure why that is. Personally I still prefer Cam4 so I'm sad many performers that I like are jumping ship so to speak...

This only altered once Matt Kayd voiced concerns on Twitter, Kim was then forced to react and change it. Cam4 is a rip off. UK Gold Members pay double for their membership than those from North America. Up until July UK users also payed double for tokens. This only altered once Matt Kayd voiced concerns on Twitter, Kim was then forced to react and change it.

The Gold Membership however continues to be 10 dollars higher for people of the UK compared to those across North America.

This is why people leave Cam4

Cam4 can't keep bringing out new features, which are all great by the way, and expect the old run down server to sustain the same high quality. Cam4 have had a problem with various cams for over a week and can't pin point what the issues actually are, they have now taken to asking viewers if they themselves have any ideas on what could be causing it, which makes you wonder who on earth is their tech support team and what are they actually paid for...

I would say this is a good post. I think what has damaged Cam4 is the high amount they take from the performer compared to Chaturbate. Chaturbate models do get a much fairer deal.

Posts: 2 Join Date: May 2014	I still prefer the feel of Cam4 but I can see why a lot of people now prefer CB. Cam4 is quite outdated and despite the many updates they aren't even close to the level of quality that CB has. I wonder which site makes more money, does anyone know?

Posts: 26 Join Date: Sep 2014	I've just noticed that Chaturbate now allow you to buy tokens via Paypal. This is a feature Cam4 need to introduce. I heard the UK can purchase Cam4 tokens through Paypal but not sure if its true, can any UK Cam4 users confirm that?

Posts: 17 Join Date: Jun 2013	I do think cam quality is better over on Chaturbate but right now Cam4 feels more like a community. I think the current atmosphere of the site is the best its ever been. Since Cam4 started getting tough on trolls the site has been a much better place. I also think the new Gold features on Cam4 are worth upgrading for.

because i did broadcast on cam4 for two years i enjoyed it ALOT but somehow i found Chaturbate, made pictures from Identification and got approved within minutes,since that happend i broadcast on chaturbate for 1,5 years and the room is always crowded plus here the treat you with more respect (chaturbate support & payments way better) i earned alot on cam4 and i enjoyed it no doubt, but for me chaturbate suits fine, sorry for the grammar greeetz chasexmayhem321
