is this an issue that the camnotifier team is aware of? for the past two days I seem to only be getting chaturbate notifications...but none for cam4...even though some of the performers have actually gone online. |

This should not be the case, cam4 does not share a special treatment than the other sites. The checking is a little slower than usual for the last period, 11 - 12 between checks for one cam which may result in the notification delay. We are working on an improved checking system that will change the notification checking interval for good. |

hmmm this is very strange. when I go to the my cams page, the last broadcast time is correct as it it appears it detected that the performer was on but I guess the issue is that it just didnt send the email? This appears to be the case with multiple cam4 performers. I have email notifications turned on (so I got emails for the chaturbate cams) |

yup something is def up when I login and go to my cams, I can see the green circle indicating that the performer is online. and the last broadcast date is correct but no emails were sent I sent a test email (which worked) I've been getting notifications for chaturbate performers (I only visit chaturbate and cam4) and I've double checked to see that I have notifications on for settings. =( please help |

I have checked the logs and I see that the last email sent by camnotifier to your email address was for: http://www.cam4.com/petticrue around Jul 03 00:43:07 EDT Please check you spam folder or better yet, filter all your notify@camnotifier.com emails to go to inbox. |

thanks so much!!!! I did not even think to check my spam folder because I've never had a problem with this before...but there they were... pretty strange that my email account started to do that |
