Subscription renewal delay - fear of loosing MyCam database

My subscription is due for renewal on 24th May and I'm unable to inform Zombaio of my new card details and renew my subscription until my new card is received and activated. If I loose membership for a few days, will my list of cams be retained, or will I have to re-enter all my Cam4 favourites again, or is there a way to save them? Many thanks. |

Hi! Thank you for being a premium member for such a long time. You will not lose your cams lists and we do take multiple backups of our accounts in order to make sure we will not be in that situation ever. What you will experience however is a reset of your selected cams for which you would like to be notified. Thank you! |
