Posts: 2 Join Date: Oct 2020	Hi, I didnt receive a cam I monitored for a while when he is online. I can receive other cams normally. His cam website is cam4.com/loves2showoff You can see it shows online recently from the website but it shows last seen on Oct. 2020. Could you please fix it? Thanks.

Privacy settings are not specifically blocking you out, but camnotifier from detecting them as online. As long as you see that he was online on camnotifier then you should have been notified. If not, please check you spam folder and use the Sent a test email function from you account to test if you successfully receive notifications from camnotifier. Hi, johnnydough82 was detected as online on 3rd of September so you should have been notified. Privacy settings are not specifically blocking you out, but camnotifier from detecting them as online. As long as you see that he was online on camnotifier then you should have been notified. Posts: 4 Join Date: Nov 2014	bigdickitaly86@cam4 was online today and I didn't get a notification and another couple of users (addictttt3@cam4 and italianbc88@cam4) were online last month and I didn't get a notification. Any idea why this is happening? The last online date on camnotifier is also older than those at CAM4 so camnotifier didn't even detect they were online.

Posts: 736 Join Date: Dec 2010	Will have to check why this is the case, but usually this happens when the models are using more aggressive privacy options, however camnotifier should be able to detect them regardless. Will get back with more details once I have them on this cams. Thank you for the update.

Posts: 4 Join Date: Nov 2014	Any reason why I wouldn't have got a notification for this cam last month? The profile says they were online on 23/10 but camnotifier them last online in 2021. https://www.cam4.com/watchmedick/ I've noticed this sometimes with other profiles as well.

Posts: 736 Join Date: Dec 2010	Several reasons. Some performers may have privacy settings configured that make them harder to detect when they are online. They might also not stay online long enough. Alternatively, it could be that CamNotifier was experiencing technical issues at the time. However, it is usually the privacy settings that make them harder to detect.
