Notifier not working anymore for the cams I follow

Posts: 3 Join Date: Jun 2014	Hi, in the last 2-4 weeks I don't get noticed anymore (or only sometimes) for the two cams I follow: last example cam4/leejor, who was active yesterday and you didn't pick it up (see history). It seems to be wrong for a few users, it seems. Pls advise.

Posts: 737 Join Date: Dec 2010	Hi, Cam4 did respond a little slower than expected for the past several weeks. We still try to find new ways to improve the overall check time. At this particular moment, the check is running just fine. Thank you!

Thanks, but slow is one thing (and bad enough, because that is the whole point to be notified, isn't it?), not at all is another. As mentioned, the performer was online on July 3 and Cam Notifier hasn't picked it up at all. It happened before as well.

Unfortunately the service is strictly depended on several variables like: network connection, server available resources, client server response time. Of course we are trying to overcome all of this disadvantages as we speak. I will further investigate what happened to leejor's cam and keep you posted. Thank you!

I just had this problem free was on this morning at 4:29 and i was not notified via IM justed looked at my favs list and caught the last couple of minutes he was on. Sad

He was on also on July 8 and I wasn't notified either I just looked at my cams and shows his last broadcast as July 7.

My notifier has been offline all day today one of my broadcaster been on since 10:40pm and I did not get notification from IM nor email.
