Notification Delay

http://www.cam4.com/free_baller was on this morning and I did not get notification until eighteen minutes after broadcast began why? When I got to cam he had gone. I received notification that bgnelson is online but it is not green on account why? at 6:01 not bad in notification. |

Hi, When this happens, please have a look at the stats section on the homepage. It is not unusual for the cam4 checker to complete a full check in 9, 10 minutes or even more. This should not be possible if you say you have received a notification. |

The first notification on free_baller my chat box popped open on my laptop at 5:32 yet the notice said he came online at 5:19. The first thing I do is look at my laptop's time to see when my chat box pops open. The second notification on bgnelson the chat box popped open when I was typing my first report on free_baller so I stopped typing and went to My Cams and looked at bgnelson status, but the Green Dot was not on yet I received both IM and email at 6:01. I returned to Forum to complete my late notification on free_baller. I would have like seeing his broadcast. Very strange one notification came very late the other came within a few minutes of its broadcast. Thanks anyway, I hope next time I get to see free_baller before the end of his broadcast. |
