Non notification of cam models

hardworkertn is on 7:44 tonight I did not receive notice and maximus_787 was on before Joe came online. I missed max show. |

This may depend on several factors, however I see that the cam has been successfully detected online at some point, hopefully you got the notification message. |

Cam4 models not being detected
A Cam4 model in my MyCams list has been on for a couple of hours, but Camnotifier isn't detecting her.
Another Cam4 model was on some time before -- CN did not detect her either.
However CN did detect a Chaturbate model who was broadcasting. |

Hi! Working now and we will keep a close eye for the next period. We had done some changes to improve the online detection process. A bit of an issues for now, however will make sure the stability of the notification goes back to normal. Thank you! |

Camnotifier has been showing that my cams are online, but I haven't received an email notification since 6th January. I have checked my junk folder and there is nothing in there. |

Have you tried sending a test email and see if you receive any notifications? I presume you have also checked the spam folder?

I think I know what has happened. My premium had expired so I was limited to just 10 alerts. I renewed my membership on the 8th but it didn't automatically switch the alerts back on for all of them. I have just switched them all on now and will see what happens.

not detecting a broadcasting model

Apologies for the issues. It is working now. The issue with chaturbate has been announced on the news forum and on twitter. |

Zaraluannmiki
For some reason Zaraluannmiki on Chaturbate escapes the notice of CamNotifier whenever she broadcasts.
Notification seems to be working for all my other CB models.
It's possible that Zara's appearances lately have been too brief to be detected, but that seems unlikely in her case. |

From what I see she does not have a consistent presence online, sometimes less than an hour. Will monitor and see what's going on with it. Thank you! |

I clicked on the notification icon and it said I was limited to 5 notifications. When did this take place I thought we were allowed 10 cams free without the need to purchase. If that is the case I prefer the five cams that have been on for 2022. |

This change took place some time back, however you are free to choose which ones to enable the notification for. You can add as many as you like in your account, just the notification is limited to 5. |

Notification not working today?
To test it I changed my email address here from an email-to-text address to a regular email, and sent a test email.
Test email did not go through.  . |
