Zombaio.com is not working, nor is your contact email address [SOLVED]

I just tried to upgrade. I went through the process twice.

When I select the confirm/authorization button/link, the page goes back to the beginning. It does not provide any feedback, good or bad or otherwise. I have never seen this happen with a payment processor except when it's no longer functional or when Citibank has identified the billing processor as a company with fraud reports. If the latter is the case, and it's erroneous, I've had Citibank manually approve such transactions. However, since there was no feedback from Zombaio, I don't even have the most minimal of information to work with citibank.

It is a valid CC, with citibank. I have a live feed to know when my card is charged. So far, no charges have been made.

I sent an email with the details to your contact address at your "Contact" page. I received a failure notice.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. I do appreciate it.

I have just tested the contact email address and it works just fine. It is rather strange that you couldn't send an email to this address. I will further investigate this.

I will run some tests with zombaio, I see you are at least the second user that tries to upgrade without success, I am seriously considering another credit card processor.

Re-tested email.

I just re-tested the email with the same saved contact in yahoo, and this time it worked.

Tried Zombaio Again

Hi,
Success.
This time with the same card and info, it moved onto the next screen and processed.
The transaction has shown up at Citibank with 11.95 on my account.
